Create your face masks at home

As we are indoors, this is the perfect time to give yourself a little tender loving care, detox, and get creative in the kitchen.  Not only cooking,  but for creating beauty saviors, I’m here to share my DIY recipes, for luscious feeling skin, using 3 staple ingredients, so we can come out of lockdown feeling a million pounds.
The following 18 masks are easy to make and use accessible ingredients you can find in your kitchen cupboards; coffee, honey, and coconut oil are the key ingredients I’m basing my masks around, as they are not only great for tasting, but they are also beneficial for nourishing the skin.  So why not treat yourself to a bit of pampering?  Your skin will thank you for it! To prep your skin before any face mask, I recommend, heating boiling water and placing it in a bowl and stand above it letting the steam open your pores.
I recommend doing a patch test, testing the masks on a patch behind your ear before using it on your face.

Coffee

Coffee, the famous soothing brew, is known for improving energy levels and in moderation has many added health benefits too. Coffee has become a morning ritual for many of us but did you know, it is also a miracle ingredient for skin, used in face masks and scrubs?
Coffee is just as beneficial to the skin.  Dig deeper into the beneficial properties coffee gives to the skin:  It is a great exfoliant, it reduces inflammation, improves blood circulation, removes dead skin cells, reduces puffiness, improves the texture of the skin, increases the production of collagen and elastin, protects our skin from free radicals that damage and age us.  This will make skin glowing bright, super soft, and supple.  Over some time, this will diminish all skin problems, like acne, blackheads, dark circles and lips and puffy eyes. These are 6 wonderful coffee scrubs that you can make at home:
Conventional coffee is among the most heavily chemically treated foods in the world.  I, therefore, recommend, when making coffee masks, to use Organic Coffee, fresh is best, but dry grounds will work too.
